There is none available. This has several reasons:
- the unit is just a header translation (e.g. ibase*, opengl, svgalib,
xlib). Use the linux manpages / documentation which comes with that package
- nobody had time left in the last few years (e.g. fcl, api, api/2, xml*);
feel free to contribute
- some stuff are drop-in replacement to RTL units, should be fully
compatible (e.g. ncrt)
Else read the sources or just leave it as it is (probably the source and
documentation gets better over time, you never know =) ).

P.S.: Please avoid such overly long subject lines because it is (imo) not
meant for discussing but for stating the purpose of what's written in the
