[fpc-pascal]Initial Macro Definitions of ppc386

Hello all,

I'm writing some code tools for Pascal and I need to automatically find all initial Macro values of the compiler (ppc386).
I can parse the output of

ppc386 -vm bogus

Is there a nicer way to find out?
