[fpc-pascal]ANN: ISS 0.2.1 released!

Hi,

I'm very happy to announce the new, 0.2.1 version of my 
XM-moduleplayer and soundsystem, written in FPC. It currently 
supports GUS and SoundBlaster on GO32V2/DOS, or DART and GUS
using the Manley-drivers API on OS/2-EMX.
Beside the brand new OS/2 support, many bugfixes (especially in
the SB code) and a reworked GUS-driver is included too. Hope
you'll like it. Full sources included.
