I've recreated your program (like below) but do not run into any trouble
(Win98, WinNT). As I don't have W2K, I can't repeat that error-message.
This leaves your question still open, though.  Sorry if I wasn't of any help
to you...

No.I don't have any process of my program running.
I have the same message ("Can't open executable") even if it's the first
time i compile it.

For information , i work on w2k...
