[fpc-pascal] setting path variable

ok i do now feel like an idiot...

i just printed up and have been reading the 'user.pdf'
from the full .zip download and it explains perfectly
the install and path issue.

i'm finding the documentation to be very well put
together.

i do promise to *READ* before posting any more simple
questions!
