[fpc-pascal]Beep in Windows

Surely there's a windows API call!! MessageBeep iirc. Wouldn't that make
more sense??? You can therefore use the default Windows Alert, error warning
sounds etc.

What version of Windows are you referring to? I don't have that problem with
NT4 or 2000.
