[fpc-pascal]Glade/Gtk+ and FreePascal

Not the first one with the idea. But i guess the first one who really has started the
glade xml -> pas conversion.

I did a while back a quick hack in glade 3.5 to support outputting gtk code. editform.pp
in the gtk examples is output of glade without any editting afterwards.
