[fpc-pascal]Possibly bug in CRT under Win32

Hello,
if I compile (fpc v.1.0.2) the program reading keys through events for win32 target,
it writes pressed keys directly on the screen. So all the pressed keys are dumped
on the screen and the program gets nothing (so it doesn't work).

In fpc v.1.0 this normally works OK. Maybe there is a bug in new version of
CRT in v.1.0.2 !
