Free Pascal's FCL contains a basic XML parser and a DOM implementation.
Support for XPath will follow very soon (I've already got it working
here, there are only some minor bugs to fix before I can release it),
and XSLT in the not too distant future. But before XSLT can be
supported, the new XML parser must be finished (with namespace support
and so on) - and this one doesn't have the highest priority at the
moment.
