[fpc-pascal]Understanding signals

Man signal is completely devoid of intelligence on 
the actual flow of events related to signals.

It is missing a lot of information.

I am trying to get a feeling of the complete subsystem
so that I can make decision on how to react to signals
and what the impact of them are.
