[fpc-other] does ppcjvm Android JVM target support foreground service startup and creation

Dear elite Free Pascal programmers,
Please, is it possible to use ppcjvm to createand start or stop Android 
foreground service?
Or unfortunately, it is totally impossible thanks to The way which 
ppcjvm translates .pas to .class files and produces Java byte code.
It is 100 % possible to create Android 36 target APIS compatible apps by 
using ppcjvm and The latest Google Android build tools and apk signingg 
tools. I have tried it successfully. D8 transfer older .class files 
created by ppcjvm and jasmin.jar to The .dex format.
Thanks to talented MR Zejko Cvijanovic I have fully functioning 
prototype of Pandroid for Windows which is capable to create .apk 
packages for Android 36 APi targets.
How complex would be to redevelope ppcjvm.exeso it would be able to 
create .class files compatible with Android foreground service startup 
and creation?
