:-) I should have credited 
http://www.gnelson.demon.co.uk/zspec/appc.html where I found the link, 
there's URLs for story files near the bottom although I suspect that one 
might have to trawl archive.org to find extant copies. I might have a 
copy of the original Zork somewhere, but it might be on something like 
an 800Kb disc for a Future Computers FX20... this stuff is /old/.

I wonder whether a text processor of this sort could be adapted to 
answer "how do I..." questions for FPC and Lazarus?
