Just like one of those USENET trolls who spits out "read the man page", even
though the man page is incomplete.

Manuals constantly need updating, along with examples needing to be updated too.

Makes me wonder what PHP people were thinking, adding a silly comment system to
their main documentation URL's. How can that help anyone. The manuals are
already complete, and set in stone. They don't change.
