[fpc-devel] Who has been actively working on a release, and what is blocking that release?

TLDR: The FPC team can't come to an agreement on workflow, and since the 
Subversion-to-Git migration, there seem to be a lack of motivation to get 
releases out. The silver lining is that MvC seem as eager as I to get things 
moving again, and Michael is part of the FPC team (where I'm not).
