I don't use fcl-passrc so I can comment about it, but I have a bunch of 
projects made with lazarus and fpc 3.2.2 that run unattended 24/7 and 
there's no memory leak (unless I created them).
I didn't intervene in this thread but I'd hate if the next release 
introduce regressions (though I could keep on using 3.2.2 until I retire).
