[fpc-devel] Package build failure under i386-win32

Hi everyone,

It seems at some point, something was introduced to the compiler that 
causes a package to fail to build (specifically 
packages\chm\src\chmwriter.pas) with an assembler-level range check 
error.  If you run "make all" under i386-win32 with "-CriotR -a" 
options, the error is triggered.  It only occurs under -CriotR and, 
notably, it does NOT occur when -a is omitted.
