Hi,

In r41784 (make TRegistry unicode-capable) I accidentally broke
handling of the Key parameter in the windows implementation of
TRegistry.SysCreateKey.
This has lead to serious errors in TRegIniFile.OpenSection.

I attached a fix to https://bugs.freepascal.org/view.php?id=36663.

@Michael: since you applied r41784 for me, can you apply this fix as well?
