Could you (or some other devel) change thus summary of
https://bugs.freepascal.org/view.php?id=35213 from "TRegistry should
not enforce UTF8 encoding on returned string variables." to something
like "Unicode aware TRegistry"?

It'll be more clear then that all unicode related fixes will go into
that report, resulting (hopefully) in a single patch.
