As much as I can see from the commit tags/release_3_0_4, the targets arm-gba and arm-nds are still broken. rtl/gba/rtl.cfg (a simple copy from trunk) is missing and the commits 
30017 and 30023 need to be applied for arm-nds (see https://bugs.freepascal.org/view.php?id=32144).
