[fpc-devel] How do I use this compiler now that I have it?

I need some help. I just downloaded and installed the fourth compiler down
on this list

to the c drive on my 64 bit Windows 10 machine. I used the default
directory suggested by the installation program.
The readme file seems to indicate that if I run a command prompt window and
cd to the demo directory in the FPC tree, I can type "fpc hello" and the
compiler will compile a program apparently named "hello" and run it to
produce the printed word hello on my command prompt screen.
My first problem is that I don't see a demo directory, and when I do a
search in windows explorer it does not find one either. Is the demo
directory still available, or has that changed? For your reference, below
you will find a listing of the FPC tree as it appears in windows explorer.

I am not a subscriber to this list, so please respond directly.
Thank you for your time.
