[fpc-devel] grab_vcsa permissions when building from source

On Linux (other unixes untested), I notice that when installing prebuilt 
binaries grab_vcsa is setuid root, but when building from source (svn or 
snapshot) it's only got basic permissions.

Is this something that should be done by the installation makefile, and 
if so does it merit a bug report?
