Simple/light voting system for that purpose integrated with "proposal
documents" is also in my roadmap (something like
https://gcc.gnu.org/projects/cxx1y.html but with users accounts/simple
comments/voting system). Anyway I don't have any timeline for that. Maybe
I'll do it sooner than any compiler change.
