I have created short report in mentioned wiki page. Is very short ;) :

The report:

"Generics.Collections library don't working with FPC 3.0.0-rc1 release for
Unix 64 bits (Internal error 2010021405). To solve this please merge rev.
30239 from FPC trunk."
