[fpc-devel] RTTI generating

If the compiler information is generated, I can work on the API to access it. I think I can easily port my API to do that, and can contribute the version to the open source project.

It depends what you define as finished: it currently provides only class attributes, but not attributes for other constructs nor the extended RTTI, but basic structures that are needed for it. That's basically how far Joost wanted to get it.
