FPC 2.7 made an old dream come true. :)

Yes, this page is great. I had to read it twice to understand the
flexibility of the new RTL.

True.
From Lazarus point of view most Unicode problems are on Windows.
And now most of them are solved. FPC 2.7 will be a big improvement for
Lazarus users.
