[fpc-devel] WinCE support degraded?

Hello,

It looks like the support for wince-arm target had somehow degraded. The resulting EXEs do not start either in my Windows Mobile 6.5 phone and in Microsoft Windows Mobile Emulator (also 6.5), saying "... is not a valid PocketPC application".
Would you please look at this (MWE attached) to see if this is a problem on my machine or is this more general?
