[fpc-devel] Test suit compilation is broken for win32-i386 after r21341?

This piece of code ("TransformfpSystemToShell") was introduced in r21341, if I understand right.
Should it be surrounded by {$ifdef UNIX} as it's done for TransformfpSystemToShell call itself?..
