[fpc-devel] [PATCH] Patch to implement TSQLite3ConnectionDef

[silvioprog]

Hi,

Attached a patch that implements the TSQLite3ConnectionDef class in SQLite3Conn.

I am also sending a small test project to test the class.

I tried opening a issue in the bugtracker, but unfortunately I can't
access any webpage of freepascal.org.
