[fpc-devel] Replacement for make -C packages fcl-base_all

Hi,

If I just wanted to build the fcl-base units after having built the
rtl, I could do
make -C packages fcl-base_all
in the fpc source directory.

Since r20315 this is not possible anymore. What is the recommended replacement?
