WinRT is implemented as a native library which resembles an "enhanced 
COM". So one should be able one way or another to implement a binding 
for it. Until someone steps up and implements this binding there won't 
be WinRT support in Free Pascal though.

If you ask whether Lazarus will support WinRT then I advice you to ask 
this on the Lazarus list.
