  I used a mingw compiled Openbsd Binutils source
(available in */usr/src/gnu/usr.bin/Binutils/binutils
on a BSD machine with source installed).

ftp://ftp.freepascal.org/pub/fpc/contrib/cross/mingw
in file
binutils-2.15-win32-i386-openbsd.zip
