[fpc-devel] fixes branch version update (2.5.1 -> 2.6.1)

Hello,

Subject says it all, yesterday the version of the fixes branch was upped to
2.6.1.

Merging will resume probably a few days after the 2.6.0 release, starting
with database fixes and minor packages and rtl fixes.
