The main (and only fully working) one, yes (Watcom may still be compilable
as an alternative but lacking in features a lot; EMX also provides an
option of running under DOS with extender).

Right, just add subdirectories created to support a group of platforms
(e.g. "unix" and "win" which are not specific platforms but rather
platform groups).
