I am working on some fpdoc fixes for IPF output.

I am also in the process of creating a new fpGUI release - which means
I'll generate new pre-built INF help files for all relevant frameworks
(RTL, FCL, LCL, fpGUI etc). This should be available for download from
SourceForge in the next few days.
