[fpc-devel] FPC 2.6.x branched, trunk becomes 2.7.1

Make install does NOT create the symlink, you need to do that manually.

So erase the old symlink in ~/bin/  to ~/lib/fpc/2.5.1/ppc386 and replace it
with one to ~/lib/fpc/2.7.1/ppc386
