If you argue that way, we need to make sure that fpc has all the bugs
delphi has, too, so that all the workarounds for those bugs work in
fpc as they do in delphi.  Seriously, there must be a measure, and
that measure is the delphi docs.  If it's mentioned somewhere in the
delphi docs that you can rely on this behaviour, I'm sure that the fpc
team will implement it.
