[fpc-devel] New FCL docs (PDF) has formatting mistakes

And rightly so, it should not depend on the viewer. 
Otherwise we could dump the whole PDF format.

This will require some work: these are the automatically generated
definitions of the various structures.

Some lateral thinking will be needed to solve this one.
