Thanks Marc,

Setting up NFS on Ubuntu worked flawlessly and now I don't need to
mess with credential files.  Man if NFS wasn't installed directly into
the Kernel I would really be afraid of security.  But I was able to
get OSX 10.6 to perform svn duties.
