[fpc-devel] building fpc under msys/mingw

Hi

To be able to build fpc inside msys/mingw, I had to patch fpcmake
(patch attached).  There's still something wrong, though, since it
re-builds some things when I do make install, but at least there are
no errors.  Hope this is useful for someone.
