So you do suggest that this code is not optimized on that behalf. Of
course this is a work in progress right now. Nonetheless I am sure that
when decently done D2009 Strings are not doomed to work much slower than
ref counted WideStrings, if all Strings to be managed are denoted as
type "unencoded 16 Bit" or similar (maybe encoding type still needs to
invented for Widestring compatibility).
