[fpc-devel] Two things missing in the Haiku port

Hi,

While using a new working copy, i discover two things i forgot in my 
previous patchs :
 - pthrhaiku.inc in packages/pthreads/src/ 
(http://olivier.coursiere.free.fr/diff/fpc_haiku_rev12829.diff),
 - compiled binaries for C sources in tests/test/cg/obj/ 
(http://olivier.coursiere.free.fr/diff/haiku.zip).
