AFAICS I get notifications from all bugs reported or modified.

(Oops, in order to make my original post smaller I ended up removing a
bit too much)
Yes, I tried it. I've even disabled some notifications to lower the
number of messages but I still end up receiving a way more messages
than I'd like to. Unchecking all "Email on" options make me receive no
message at all, not even about my monitored or reported bugs - at
least the last I tried a couple of weeks ago.
