Yes i am already aware of this. I have introduced this file at a time 
where my understanding of the RTL was not as good as it should.

I think i can avoid this in a future patch as said for the haiku's rtl : 
http://svn.freepascal.org/cgi-bin/viewvc.cgi/trunk/rtl/haiku/baseunix.pp?view=log.

I will try to get rid of this ASAP.
