I don't see any beating here either:

Even if they disagree, you just get the facts as they see it: https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=333366

Really, developers (Linux or otherwise) that deal with this sort of  
bugs generally won't bite your or anyone else's head off just because  
you use Pascal or a non-FSF compiler.
