So I was correct on my assumption those properties not on the delphi
help are present on delphi in the private part?

Because if they aren't in Delphi they can't be copied and therefore
they aren't on the scope of the cleanroom fixes.

Provide descriptions and test projects so that the people on the
implementation group can implement them.
