I have encountered a number of issues, but as I said the Lazarus port will 
continue after the D2009. I will report all of them ;-) .

You are right. This is Free Pascal issue, althoought I have repeetedly been 
told it is "feature" ;-D . Ok I have accepted it, and will live with it, so 
lets not start it over. I am just warnig people I see going in the same path 
to know how to work around it.
