[fpc-devel] (RTL) Utf8ToUnicode

Hello fpc-devel,

A few days ago I had posted here and in the bugtracker a new
Utf8ToUnicode function http://bugs.freepascal.org/view.php?id=11791

This is just curiosity, it has not been committed to the wustrings.inc
due non interest, not important, bad format, it should pass some
tests, nobody has checked it, ... ?

As I said, it is simply curiosity.
