[fpc-devel] libc translations

I am also interested in learning more about the rules of how new functionality should be contributed to the project. Although I intend to use FPC and Lazarus for my developments, I also intend to do my best to contribute to the projects. Maybe some of the information posted in this thread could be copied to the Wiki site for future references. I am sure there are a lot of people willing to help with contributions, but similar to me a not able to find the best possible approach.
