[fpc-devel] Missing files for 2.2.0 on linux-sparc

I notice that the contents of units/sparc-linux/libc are built by "make all" 
but not copied by "make install". This showed up when I tried to do a Lazarus 
bigide build.

Also I notice that dbf.o and related files aren't built for any platforms 
other than i386 and x86_64. I've hacked the relevant Makefile.fpc and they 
appear to build on/for linux-sparc but I've not attempted to use them for 
anything yet.
