[fpc-devel] Dnamic packages support

If using packages is the way to go to make installing visual components 
in Lazarus, IMHO it's essential to use them there ASAP.

It would be really nice to have a predefined way to do/deploy "plugins" 
(that should not depend on compiler versions and maybe should be doable 
in C, too). Maybe something supporting those could be worth some 
thoughts, too.
